Founder & Production Lead

Tom's journey in combat sports began inside the ropes. As a former Muay Thai, boxing, and MMA practitioner, he understands the sport from the ground up. He's promoted his own events, been involved in countless others, and even stepped in for last-minute fights when a card needed saving.

For the last 10+ years, Tom has merged this passion with a career in high-end broadcast, covering international football, rugby, cricket, and more. This 360-degree view of events—from the grassroots fight scene to global broadcasting—is the foundation of Combat Chimp.

He has personally invested in a full, multi-camera production unit with replay, graphics, and streaming capabilities. He also manages our trusted network of suppliers for lighting, LED walls, and a deep roster of freelance crew.

• Jake (Replay & Vision Mixer): A long-time MMA fan based in the North West, Jake is a technical specialist who has worked on major broadcasts from cricket to horse racing. He is a primary replay operator and vision mixer, ensuring your stream is flawless.

• Alex (Vision Mixer & Replay): Alex is a top-tier operator based in London. He brings experience from the pinnacle of the sport to grassroots promotions, including vision mixing TNT Sports 'UFC Fight Week' live shows, and has worked on a variety of sports across the globe.

• Liam (Camera & Technical Specialist): A tech-savvy operator with a passion for combat sports, Liam is our on-site expert. He knows our kit inside-out and operates cameras at our events. Based near London, he has already built a reputation working on Bellator and numerous boxing promotions at the iconic York Hall.
